Clinical Authority That Translates To Litigation
Dr. Keyvani brings the perspective of an actively practicing general neurologist and neurohospitalist to every engagement. Since joining Sharp Rees-Stealy in 2008, his work has spanned the full breadth of acute neurology - traumatic brain injury, stroke, hemorrhage, seizures, and altered mental status - the same timing, triage, and documentation questions that drive neurologic malpractice matters.
As Stroke Medical Director / Director of the Stroke Center at Sharp Memorial Hospital, he understands not only bedside neurology, but also the protocols, escalation pathways, and governance expectations hospitals are held to. He previously served as Stroke Medical Director at Sharp Coronado Hospital and as Division Chief, Neurohospitalist for Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group.
That work includes neurology coverage at Level 2 Trauma Centers, where head injury and intracranial hemorrhage present alongside polytrauma. His Nevada practice affiliation with Renown Health and role as Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at UNR Med further reinforce dual-state clinical credibility for matters arising in California or Nevada.
